TERMS & CONDITIONS We accept orders only on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. N. B Minimum age to purchase a BB gun is 17 years. Please do not proceed if you are under this age. An adult must supervise persons 14 to 17 years of age. No gun should be carried in a public place unless in transit when it should be unloaded and placed in a carrier type bag. Note guns must not be concealed on ones person, or pointed or fired at another human or animal. AiraoftUK accept no responsability for any misuse of any products sold. Shipping and Handling We aim to dispatch your order the same day we receive it, orders must be placed before 2pm for this to apply. Please allow up to seven days before contacting us. Europe and the rest of the world please allow between 7-14 days for delivery. Any shortfalls or defect should be notified to bbgunsuk.co.uk A.S.A.P. in writing by post or E-mail . info@airsoftuk.co.uk Returns policy Your first port of call for any faulty items must be to the distributer if they have included a warranty form in the box. If this does not exist then faulty goods have to be returned within 28 days. Please ensure that you retain the invoice as proof of purchase. To return a faulty gadget, please contact our Customer Support email info@airsoftuk.co.uk for a returns form. Please allow up to 14 days for repairs to be carried out. Please note returns of undamaged items need to be sent in re-saleable condition ie, non damaged packaging and your free ammo. Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been misused, or inferior bb ammo has been used and jammed the product. Please note we may charge a restocking fee if this is found to be the case. Refunds You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. Testing We do test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage charges. We would advise you to check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund postage on any items found to be in good working order. We can also not refund or replace any bb guns that have been misused, or if low quality bb pellets have been used, or if bb pellets have been re-used. International orders International customers are responsible for any local taxes of duties levied locally for imports and the legality of their imports.
